Chef De Partie

The Royal Hotel located in Koo Wee Rup is looking for a Chef de Partie to support our Head Chef. Full time position, paying $74k - $77k p/a.

Key Duties
Assist with daily prep, service, and section management, maintain consistent cooking standards, uphold food safety requirements, and support the Head Chef in smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Skills & Experience
Strong technical cooking skills, experience in a fast-paced kitchen, solid food safety knowledge, and the ability to work confidently within a small, professional team.
